Wardrobe Maintenance

We recommend regular garment maintenance for items that are worn occasionally in order to keep oils and makeup from leaving a permanent stain to the neckline area. 

Wardrobe Maintenance Program

Wardrobe Maintenance has become a trademark specialty of Fox Fine Garment Cleaners.

Wardrobe Maintenance consists of utilizing all, or only the aspects of Fox’s service that apply to your particular situation and needs.

As with all our services, we use our exclusive organic dry cleaning method to keep your garments chemical free.

1 – Weekly to monthly pick-up of items, or on an as needed basis, including the pick up of gowns or other items as soon as possible after they have been worn in order to prevent body oil, cosmetic and food stains to your garment. We will also go through your entire wardrobe together if that suits you.

2 – Preservation of a garment of which you are planning an extended period when the item will not be worn, or if you are wishing to keep or to preserve a particular garment as an heirloom for future generations. Several families have also been preserving special event clothing of their children to keep significant memories alive.

3 – Storage can be on a long or short-term basis. Items are stored after being inspected and cleaned.  We also store items that have been through our preservation process.

Privacy and confidentiality is of the uppermost concern of many of out clients, which includes a large number of celebrities. Once your garment has been picked up it is known only by the four digit computer-generated code at the storage facility. All records have only limited access and are maintained off the premises of the plant and storage facility.

Pick-ups and deliveries can only be arranged by the client, or by personnel who have been authorized by the client, in writing, to Fox. Items are available seven days a week.

General insurance is provided by Fox, with any additional insurance purchased separately through Fox or by the client’s own insurance carriers.

The storage facility is located in a non-industrial area, with the Fire Department directly across the street and the Police Department approximately one block away.

A Halon fire protection system is un use throughout our facility. There are no water pipes or sprinklers running overhead. Fire retardant paint has been uses throughout the facility. Security/Fire monitoring is on a 24-hour a day basis.

Wardrobe Storage

• When contacting us, All clients are not identified by name but rather a four digit code (i.e. swiss account)
• Only authorized client personnel can request a pickup or delivery.
• Only authorized client personnel who can request a pickup or delivery are provided to us in writing by the principal client.
• No pickups or deliveries are allowed to our facility, all requests from our clients will be at their designated facilities.
• Our facility is located out of the general business non-industrial area. Fire Department directly across the street and Police Department approximately one block.
• General insurance is provided and any additional insurance may be purchased additionally.
• The secured facility is not identified in any way. (i.e. no makings on the building except for its street number)
• No Sprinklers or water pipes running overhead. Halon fire protection system throughout.
• Fire retardant paint throughout our facility.
• Unidentified Transport vehicles are loaded and unloaded in a secured and non-visible public area.
• 24 Hour Monitoring Security/Fire monitoring system.
• All items are available 24 hours a day and seven days a week depending on the urgency of the request. (i.e one week, next day, or same day)
